Authentic is sn understatement. This place LOOKS amazing inside and out. It also has a bar area and outdoor seating. Our waitress (forgot her name) was nothing short of awesome. Giant plates of homestyle food and desserts to top it off (i ate the fried ice cream before a pic) Can't wait to go back!!

Went in to have a drink, sat at the bar. The bartender greeted us fairly quickly but then disappeared. He came back to the bar but completely ignored us. The bar was not busy. He had 2 other customers at the bar and two tables. We tried to flag him down after 10 minutes and he left again. We waited 15 minutes to no avail and left.
Horrible service.
I'll never go again.

Good was okay. A bit heavy on the salt. The service was the main reason I didn’t enjoy my experience.
They brought the wrong meal, twice and one of the meals was missing a taco. When questioned the waitress didn’t like it and it showed. Also as we asked about dessert (first time there) instead of bringing the menu they asked: “what would you like?”
Then we asked what they had and she started to say it as if everyone on the table spoke Spanish.
A bit of empathy and kindness as well as patience goes a long way in a restaurant meal experience.

The food is typical TexMex, and nothing special. The service the evening we were was appalling. The server and host were apathetic. They acted as though they had no desire to be there. That’s no way to earn tips. They need to realize the owners made an enormous investment in that establishment, and they need to respect both the owners and patrons by behaving like they appreciate the customer’s choice to select that Mexican restaurant over the dozens of other options available to the consumers.

As for the food, it was barely average, at best. Their other location in Prescott has better food, and much better service. The staff at that location acts a bit more professionally, but could still use some training as far as customer engagement is concerned. I don’t understand why it is so hard to find excellent Mexican food in this area. So far, the best I’ve had is at Casa Perez, in Dewy off Highway 69. The food and service is excellent as far as TexMex.

If someone would open a restaurant that specialized in cuisine from the various states, they could make a mint. Oaxaxa, Yucatán, Veracruz, Veracruz, Etc. PLEASE introduce something unique and good. Oh, and serve it with a smile.

Food was decent. It was very hot and fresh! But to me, it was not the best place for Mexican food in town. Definitely not worth the 15-17 bucks a plate.

The atmosphere was spectacular and very colorful. Chairs and paintings were very professionally done with great detail to the art and color of Mexico. Food perfect. 😋

Good food but not for the price! Its so expensive now, like over the top expensive! 3 fried tacos with rice and beans $18? Thats ridiculous! Paublo is great though.

I'm not understanding how the price for the same meal changes every time when I go in there. The food is pretty good.The service is horrific.. I had.
Simple questions why my bill changed from the price over the phone to what it is now and the teenager at the front desk was not gonna answer me and talk under her voice at me not cool for prescott valley
