This location was closed after ordering through the app. There's no connection between the store and app orders, but there was no notice on the door that I could see. Seems like they just went home early. Disappointed that I drove there to find this

Been to this location twice now and both times I've had to wait about 25 minutes for food. It was not busy inside and there were a couple of cars in the drive thru but no reason to take so long. The woman who I assume is the manager has no sense of urgency, kept telling me the order was ready in a min and then proceeded to never actually get it bagged and to me.I will go elsewhere from now on. The people at this location have no sense of urgency and make it very clear they don't have customer service skills.

Worst Popeyes ever. Food sucks, staff sucks even more. It’s worth the drive to PV. This place won’t last long.Update-I have to say they have gotten better. I think maybe because it had just opened they lacked the skills when I went the first time. I have tried it a few times since and I would give the food 3-4 stars now. Def improved.

Absolutely clowns working here. Came to the drive thru during lunch ordered chicken (shocker) and these fools literally had to cook it. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. Absolutely NOTHING fast about this fast food. The employees had zero sense of urgency or situational awareness.

I WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS. This place is absolutely awful. I went in Feb. 25 and ordered at 2:06 pm. It is currently 2:26 and I’m still waiting for my food. They made me pull into a parking place and no one had come out in 20 minutes. Multiple other people have gotten their food that ordered after me at the drive through window. These workers have no clue what they are doing and half of them look like they are on drugs. Definitely don’t eat here!

I came late one night, cold dark night, they were right on it Robert and Josh made me feel at home.they where very nice and attempting weird to say about a fast food place but must say it was a great experience.

I occasionally will pick up a spicy chicken sandwich here, but over the time that this fast food restaurant has been in business, their food has gone from good to poor to inedible. My spicy chicken sandwich that I purchased today could have been made by a three year old, and it probably would have been better. Get your act together, Popeyes in Prescott Valley!

Terrible service. Only one employee at the drive thru. When he took our order, he sounded slurred and was rude. And when we pulled up to the window he didn’t say hello, then took about 8 minutes to make our food while we were the only customers there. I also saw him holding our bag while he was on his phone, uninterested in giving it to us. ADDITIONALLY, we ordered two spicy bacon and cheese sandwiches and recieved two plain chicken sandwiches ?
