Clearly the worst in the chain. Forgets the biscuits. When I called to complain the manager on duty (12/7/2022. @6pm ) was rude and hung up the phone on me. True unprofessionals at the Prescott Valley location!!! I won’t return!
While the staff was clearly working hard, they ALL seemed so unhappy. No greeting, just blah. I feel bad for them...Management needs to address this, not scolding maybe some positive reinforcement.
I ordered a 3 piece combo. I asked for all thighs, it was repeated back correctly. what I found when I got home was a very dry side breast and 3 very dry wings, none of which had breading like in the pictures.
a) I don't like white meat, hence I requested all thighs
b) I despise wings
c) My husband's nuggets were perfect
d) The Mac and cheese is apparently the same canned dreck that all of the chains seem to be serving these days
