Who ever the cook was monday night June 23rd thanks for that attitude shaking your head that you had to do your job cooking food then when I get my food it was cold... If you don't like what you do find other employment

Shitty service my food was cold and for 35 dollars I expect more

Every time that I have gone there they get my order wrong. It's not difficult. Arizona burrito with no pico de Gallo. The carne asada is usually burnt. The employees don't care.

I came from the valley, where these are everywhere. I love them. This one is good, not great. Overall good, but slightly inconsistent and could be more flavorful. Service is good. The food is overall good. The beef is really good, not once overcooked/chewy/dry. The tacos are always loaded, but not the burritos. Sometimes my rolled taco cheese is melted, sometimes is it’s raw/cold. Sometimes I get a normal amount of guac, sometimes more guac than taco.

My biggest dislike about this place is the salsas. They are both flavorless (red and green). The green salsa verde is tasteless green liquid, huge bummer. Really wish these had more flavor!!

The exit of the drive thru is horrible, just like all the entrance/exits along pav way.

They close early. Clearly says 12am, yet at 9:50pm they are closed and there is a white pickup blocking the drivethru.

They were nice and the food was amazing!!!

So slow ,2 hrs for delivery and always late. $11.00 order was $21.00 I not gonna order again.

Not sure why this place has the rating it does. Everytime I go here the food hits and it's a good deal for the portion received!

The first time I went here, everything was great. I got the two cheese enchiladas combo. Yesterday I decided to go back. Their prices were a bit pricey, but I figured it was worth it because of how much I enjoyed it the first time. I live in Prescott and it’s about a 20 minute drive. I got all the way home and realized I had the completely wrong order. So I drove all the way back. I was really nice to the cashier and told him what I was supposed to have. He said they would fix it. Luckily, I checked the food and the order was wrong again and I was missing a whole meal. I explained what was wrong and again I was very nice. I even added chips and salsa to my order and paid for it. He handed me my food and it was wrong again and I was still missing a plate! This time I wasn’t as understanding. He was rude when he gave me the food I was missing and I didn’t even get salsa with my chips. He offered no discount, threw my food on the counter and walked away. When I looked at my itemized receipt, it said the correct combination numbers that I ordered. So I know I didn’t make any mistakes. The tortillas weren’t even cooked for the tacos either and my receipt specifically said hard shell. I will NEVER go back again! We ended up throwing our food away so I wasted $56!

There is a employee named Patty that works here I'm normally not from here but she had a great attitude she was kind and she really brought the atmosphere up in the place. I can't really handle spicy so I asked her about the sauces and she answered my questions with ease.
