Food good. Service good. Music so loud as to prevent discussion across the table. Manager refused to turn it down. Made 2 requests. Had to sit outside at 44 degrees.

I hope the manager sees this. This is now happened to me three times within the last two weeks. I order in advance and when I pick up the coffee the half and half is empty. I take it to the staff and then I have to wait till they get around and fill it while they take care of other orders that have come in after me. If you need creamer for your coffee, the order is not ready until you can get the creamer. I’m making the customer stand there for several minutes at least while I wait for them to fill. It is bad service.

Wonderful service and a very helpful team! The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the environment was enjoyable and relaxing. I’ll definitely be revisiting this Starbucks again soon. Highly recommend!

I am a tea snob and prefer my home made tea but when super busy I love their mint green tea. My celiac wife enjoys their plain iced coffee more frequently. They also have the best ice water which I get regularly. I am new to town and continue to appreciate the great service here.

I ordered a grande Horchata iced coffee, and while the drink itself was tasty, I was really disappointed with how underfilled it was. For the price we pay at Starbucks, you expect to at least get a full cup. I would’ve said something, but there were seven drinks lined up and no one behind the counter seemed to notice or care. It just felt rushed and impersonal. The gentleman at the counter that checked my order was very nice.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years, and the baristas are always incredibly kind and friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and make a point to remember your name or your favorite drink you like to order, etc. I have heard them do this with many customers and it obviously makes their day! Also, shout out to Jessica because she is awesome! :)

My husband and I come here every single day, so we’ve always been loyal customers. But today’s experience was really disappointing. We brought our daughter since school is out, and she wanted to feel included so I asked for a cup of water with a few dried strawberries, something we've always paid around 80 cents to a dollar for.
Today, the manager tried to charge us $5. That’s not just a huge jump it feels like someone making up their own rules. We left with a crying child and honestly pretty disheartened. We’ve always enjoyed coming here, but we’ll be trying Dutch Bros tomorrow. At least there, kindness is part of the menu.

This starbucks was great. We had to wait a little bit for our drinks, but it was a nice chill spot to sit and talk for a bit. We got great coffee that tasted how it's supposed to, unlike the safeway starbucks, and our drinks were filled to the top. Thank you guys for giving us a great start to our morning.

Was waiting in the lobby for our mobile order (we didn’t know that it was supposed to be drive-thru), and instead of being asked if we were waiting for anything an employee automatically started with “you guys can’t be in the lobby if you didn’t order anything.” We then told her we were waiting on a mobile order so she went to check. She gives us our order and says with an attitude still “it was supposed to be drive thru.” And then she STILL had us come back because she handed us the wrong drinks. Employee had glasses short hair, I’d give her 0 stars if I could.
