One of the worst subway sandwiches I just had came from this location. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. All the dressing was on the edge of the sandwich and all over the paper, so the inside of the sandwich was very very dry and hard to eat. None of the extra toppings requested were added, and they didn’t include the oil and vinegar on the sandwich as well. Sandwich also falling apart and not even cut in half. :/

1/5 Stars: Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Attitude
We visited this location relatively late, and while we are understanding that workers might be tired, the customer service we received was incredibly poor and highly unprofessional.
The sole worker seemed completely annoyed and genuinely hated being there. Every single action—from greeting us to preparing the order—was done with palpable frustration, making us feel like a massive inconvenience. We were ready to leave a generous tip, but the overwhelming negative energy coming from her was so intense that we simply couldn't bring ourselves to do it.
The most egregious example of this annoyance was when we asked for sauce. She aggressively squirted a grossly excessive, wasteful amount of sauce onto both sandwiches—far beyond what anyone would reasonably want. It seemed less like she was adding sauce and more like she was trying to empty the bottle or actively sabotage the sandwiches.
Given the current job market, it’s shocking to see this level of ingratitude and hostility toward customers. If working late is this irritating, it might be time for that employee to look for a different opportunity.
We haven't even tried the food yet, but based on the intentional oversaucing and the overall interaction, my expectations are extremely low. I cannot recommend this location based on the service alone.
Im very upset 😡 l went to pick up 2 orders 😒 l love the food... but this girl she have a very very very very bad attitude 🙄 l don't why ,please put more attention to your people working there ,the service is the worst ever!l never go back again to Subway....
All I’m going to say is please retrain employees that are being put out by doing their job. I felt extremely uncomfortable today. The male working around 4:00 pm today was extremely snotty, and unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this subway. That behavior is appalling

Ordered online and went to pick it up. Employee said they only had 2 of 3 sandwiches. We said then cancel the order and we'll go to another store. The employee's response was to just take the two sandwiches then and ask for a refund online. After asking for a refund online, was told no refund without given a explanation. Had to go to bed without dinner because of it.

Unfriendly staff. Gave no proper greeting or acknowledgment as they continued to talk amongst themselves. Even when leaving there was no “thank you” or “have a great day”. Won’t go back to this location. The other location is town is much more friendly and inviting.

It was 545pm. No employees in sight. Stood there for a time before I was acknowledged. Neither employee was pleasant. Ordered 2 footlongs & a six inch. Did not have enough meatballs for a footlong and a six inch. No apology or offer to make more meatballs. Once home, all the bread was rock hard. Was really unhappy since we had to get alternative subs from what we originally wanted.

Sunday, March 2 around 1pm. The college age male that made this sandwich toasted on the wrong setting, didn't cut the sandwich, and got the sandwich wrong. I paid extra for all the stiff I didn't get on the sandwich. One bad experience is fine, but EVERY SINGLE time I go here, I have to hold their hand all the way through the process. Don't consider delivery with this place because you will NOT get what you ordered.

I placed my order for delivery at 8pm and 2 hours later they canceled my order because they were closing, a total shame.

Just had two sandwiches delivered bread so hard you can hit a ball with it
Asked for two of the 6.99 meal deals (a six inch sub with a bag of chips or 2 cookies and a drink) I asked for the hotshot Italiano but I’d like to customize the toppings, he refused so I said at least put no tomato’s (I’m allergic) opened my sandwich and he HAD to have put extra tomato’s from how many there were, my girlfriends sandwich was completely wrong as-well, AND he didn’t even give us our cookies or drinks, we asked for drinks and he said the meal doesn't come with them, and we asked for our cookies but he said they didn’t have any (the cookie rack was full)

Ordered online, came to pick up after 20 minutes. They hadn’t started the order, which one person was there with one new person, that was fine. After losing the order tickets, they reprinted my receipt in order to make the food, and it was awful. My wife got the wrong bread, no cheese sauce, they were out of roast beef so we had to sub with chicken. My sandwich was at least mostly correct but it was just thrown onto the bread, the mayo didn’t even make it inside the sandwich. Then they were out of pretzels the woman said, right now I feel as if she just didn’t want to make one.
No numbers to contact and make a complaint, they don’t answer the phone in the store, and they were rude to the 4 customers they had waiting.
Unless I’m called to have my complaints heard, I’ll go to the one down the street as they’re owned by a different franchise.

Tommy is absolutely amazing! Great salesmanship and energy, typically not found at fast food places so he deserves hell of a promotion for caring!!
