B simple is a wonderful restaurant work very hard working employees. Their portions are pretty big for breakfast so bring your appetite. Great coffee and their biscuits are great. One of my favorites is a breakfast burrito with eitner their chorizo or green hatch chili brisket. Happy staff
I had the absolute worst most confrontational experience I've ever had with a server in a restaurant in my life. The server was outwardly irritated about us not being ready to order and asking questions about the menu. wildly and openly disrespectful and condescending. I don't know what business would allow this kind behavior from their staff unless she's family. absolutely ridiculous.
We came in for our first time at the beginning of June. We waited for about 40 min (totally worth it). My boyfriend and I both ordered the Ken Meal. It was soooo good!! We also took some homemade strawberry jam home. I’m almost out. We will be coming back very soon!! Our server was great! She answered all of our questions and was friendly. Would definitely recommend and worth the drive from Phoenix!

b. simple is a charming breakfast spot with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes, including the popular Ali with Chorizo. The staff is friendly and efficient, with attentive service, although they can sometimes appear a bit stressed due to being shorthanded. The food is a highlight, with oversized portions that are sure to satisfy. The biscuits are a standout, with a light and fluffy texture and a flavor that's worth paying extra for the homemade jam. The "Sharon" omelette is also a must-try, with its filling of veggies and carne asada, topped with a tangy green sauce. Customers have praised the Ken Meal, the "Wreck"Ed" sandwich, and the homemade jams. While the restaurant has limited seating, making it cozy, it remains a hidden gem worth visiting for a satisfying breakfast. Overall, the food has been described as excellent, and the service, although at times frenetic, is friendly and attentive.
