We just left from our first dinner with Bear and Dragon and I felt it necessary to write a review right away. First impression walking through the door- visually appealing and very intentional with decorating, incredibly cozy, great atmosphere and staff. Anthony served us and he was perceptive, offers on point service, and times his tables well. Food, except for mushroom bisque, was mediocre at best. Very heavy coating on fish and chips with a good dose of oil and cottage pie was mush. Very good service, folks were warm and friendly.
