We went through the drive through and had the most wonderful experience. The drive through server was so happy and welcoming, and she made double sure that she had the order right. I think her name is Elissa. She sure brightened our day. The order was perfect and the food was great. What a happy surprise to get such outstanding service in the drive through.
Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper with no mayo. Fries. Onion rings. French toast sticks. Salad

Quite possibly the worst customer service and filthiest BK ever. I did not enjoy the experience. Alas, poor Burger King, where art thou?

Ordered the bacon melt today for lunch. Not only was it missing the bacon, I think it had been cooked yesterday based on how stale it was. Worse thing ever. One bite and in the trash.

Man at drive through grouchy when I changed my order. He was explaining it to someone inside and I could hear the entire converstion. I will not be coming back to this Burger King. Pure rudeness. Bad service.

I ordered French fries and they made them fresh but they were under done and over salted. Lady at front counter was unpleasant and not great. Nothing like raw potatoes and attitude to start your morning. And the coke tasted like pure syrup. I also don't recommend using the ladies room I left it was nasty, toilet seats were covered in other people's grossness. Come on now

Update: The place is ALWAYS filthy. Kitchen and dining.
I changed to BK for political reasons and the people are nice enough and the good is standard, but the place is always dirty. Overflowing trash cans, unwashed tables. Sometime stopped a soda on the floor and told them; they more it up but left the over covers all over the walkway. So safety, too, is a concern. Writing this all out, now I'm wondering about the condition of their kitchen and kitchen practices.

My son ordered the street corn whopper and a pickle whopper I ordered a pickle whopper and pickle fries, my grandson chicken nuggets and we also got two small fries all of the food was cold. And did not even get a half container of pickle fries. And the cashier whatever his name was yelled for us to get our food. Grandson was playing in the playground while we waited. Maybe next time be a little nicer about it. The pickle fries at sonic are pretty good. And get a full container of them and they are hot.

In the past there have been some issues in the drive-through, but in the last few weeks everything has been great. There’s been a shift manager there recently, Paige, who is phenomenal. She makes sure the order is exactly right, even special orders. I can tell she’s on top of everything and runs a tight ship. She even wipes down the cups. Thank you Paige- it’s a pleasure going through your drive-through.

We are from out of town and just stopped to get something to eat and I ordered a Bacon king. Got my burger had no bacon when we went to tell them the employees accused me and my family from taking out the bacon. Then the employees started arguing with a manager. Just all was not a very good experience

Normally they’re good here but once we pulled through the drive through they basically rushed us to order and it’s a male in a black uniform with tattoos all over his arm with brown hair he also didn’t hand us our change back properly he is very impatient person. Never caught his name

Food took forever at Dine in.. My chicken sandwich bun was burnt black and no tomato.. I asked to re make it and it still had no tomatoes on it. NO one wants to make contact, because they know Ive been here for 30 minutes! Older gentleman behind the counter keeps eating fries... Horrible experience.
