The lady in the drive thru was nice. I placed a mobile order for a chicken fries meal and went to the drive thru. they did not have fruit punch, Fanta, or sprite. I was asked to pull forward and park and was told they would replace the soda. I did. I waited maybe 5-6 minutes before someone else brought out my food. It was cold and I never got a drink.

Ordered via the app to take advantage of mobile offer. App said once we completed the order and paid that they would call our name. Never happened. Finally went up asking where food was and were told "You have to let us know you're here!" IT would be nice if app said that. Our food was barely warm as it had sat on the counter. The staff never tried to see if someone was there.

I go here to the Burger King/ Gail Gardner at least once a week and I never have had a "bad" order. They are almost always very fast or RARELY very slow, but it all depends on the amount of visitors to the restaurant at the time. The crew is always hustling when I'm there. Love the menu and always has good deals.

20 minutes to get 8 chicken nuggets, while I waited all I heard were the employees complaining about their jobs. The cashier kept asking the cook to dip more chicken nuggets and he just whined the whole time and complained that people were ordering too many nuggets.

Filthy. Trash overflowing in the lobby, person handling money is also touching the fries. My food sat under heat lamp for at least 10 minutes before someone could hand it to me. If I didn't have such a long ride home or wasn't so hungry, I never would have stayed to eat. 1st and only visit I'll ever make.

New location, same crew. The food is what you would expect from a bk but the service (as it was at the previous location) is a little lacking. Hopefully with the new building they will be able to keep it looking cleaner.The new building had a much update look with some elevated seating and a modern cafe feel. There are seating areas that are separated by frosted glass panels which helps the place not feel life a cafeteria..
