Ordered online and went to the store. They had two employees, and one took a break as I walked in. They only had one person order while I was there. I had sat down and waited for the app to inform me that my order was finished. The employee helped the customer and finished and then walked away. I saw a bag on the back counter next to the register. I stood up and asked if they had my order. She grabbed it from the register area and handed it to me. I was a bit disappointed...read full review
The staff is so amazing and professional!! I have never had this kind of service at any other location. Especially the guy w the tattoos. He was so helpful and fast with my order. Perfect sandwich 🥪 😋
