I had a wonderful evening at Dry Gulch this evening. Service was A+ and food was delicious. They had live music which was nice. The vibe here at Dry Gulch is very inviting. I highly recommend this establishment.

To many steaks crossed off the menu.We we're there February 18th. They blamed Valentine's day rush. Friends went there February 25th. still no bone on ribeye,t-bone, or porterhouse. And they ran out of prime rib . Not a Dry Glitch I remember. Steak house. Not so.

Filet mignon was perfect and tender. Enjoyed a bottle of wine along with it. And the new green chili Mac n cheese is incredible. Like a mix of queso and Mac. Genius and delicious. Plus a bomb cheesecake with all the toppings. My new go to steak spot.

Those steaks were the best I have had in a very long time. It was a fun bar to hit on a Saturday. Reminded me of my small town restaurant/ bar, very wooden and fun place. Offers music, with a bit of comedy, relaxed atmosphere. Service was fantastic, great staff!

We went back to Dry Gulch after a number of months of not having very good service and food. We had heard that there was new management. We gave it another try and so glad we did. Tori, our waitress was wonderful, very attentive and very kind. The food was delicious. ❤️

I have no complaints. We did the $80 for two Valentine's Day special. Fillet steak, veggies, soup, bread, dessert and a nice bottle of wine. The server seemed a little busy but our needs were met and super friendly. Steak was perfect and asparagus also, clam chowder was very good. The dessert was a fruit tart that was good but not great. Overall it gets five stars for all things considered. I was nervous to take my Valentine here with the three star average but scored.

Tried to have dinner at Dry Gulch tonight. Took 45 minutes to be seated after she said I’ll seat you in 10 minutes. No worries, was happy to be there. The waitress came to get our drink order 10 minutes after we sat. Another table of 2 and table of 5 were seated, ordered drinks and were served when our server with only our table came to get our drink order of water and lemonade, we ordered fried zucchini at the same time. 20 minutes later the water and pink lemonade came to the table. We saw our waitress 10 minutes following and asked about the zucchini and if we can order. She said she would check and 8 mins later the zucchini came and we ordered our burger and the prime rib special. We waited and watched the 2 top and the 5 top and a 6 top all be served their dinner, bread, refills and they’re getting to go boxes. We look for our waitress as the zucchini is done for 30 minutes now. We have no drink refills and no bread. She comes out with 4 salads, drops one on the table and we ask if we will may get some bread and she said I don’t have enough hands. 9 minutes later she comes out w bread. She doesn’t talk to us and walks away. The tables around us are enjoying desert, 4 other tables are now seated, they have between 4-6 per table and they are being served their meals. The waitress comes to another table and we asked her over - asked about our food. She said she would check. Comes out 1 minute later and sets the burger and steak down. I cut into the burger(well done as I requested) and the burger was cold. Literally not warm any longer, physically cold to touch. We took a bite and the burger inside and out was completely cold. I tried a fry(it’s got to be ok, right?!) and it was super crispy and cold. The prime rib was warm, not hot and extremely undercooked - came near raw and was ordered medium. 15 mins later the waitress came back and I gave her my plate completely full of all the food the way it came less a bite and let them know it was cold and I cannot eat it. She said really? Ok and took it. She came back 30 minutes later!!!! Says we comped your whole meal ok? And sets the bill down. I look and she comped my WHOLE burger - I got charged for the 2 sides of ranch still though. Absolutely 0 apologies, 0 service. So as everyone on this page suggests we nicely asked to speak to a manager, she said owner I said yes that would be great. The owner came and said “well?” Explained the burger was cold and completely inedible. That we arrived and were seated before all of the tables here, by anywhere from 30-45 minutes prior and they are served. She said “No your burger wasn’t cold! We tested it! And it’s Friday night! Those people were here before you! The kitchen is busy and the way the tickets go in, your food was fine we don’t know what your problem is! It’s Friday, you should expect this”. Shocked at the lack of service, the absolute horrible response. Absolutely will never go back and will be sure to let everyone know when they get their welcome kit where to avoid at any and all costs. — at Dry Gulch Steakhouse.

Our favorite Prescott eatery! My wife and I love this place. We bring all of our visiting friends here as a "must do" part of the Prescott experience. The staff ate always fantastic. The food is always great and you cannot beat the atmosphere of the rustic cowboy lodge.

An unforgettable experience at an extremely forgettable establishment. Went for a birthday celebration. It was like they've never sat a party of over 10 in their entire existence as a restaurant. Wouldn't let us bring bday cupcakes in on account of covid. What a joke. Waited an hour for the table that we made a reservation for to be ready. Isn't that a reservation is for? Was told long after our order was in that they were out of baked potatoes (apparently a party of 10 that was sat and ordered AFTER us got the last of them) but would substitute loaded fries for the inconvenience. Didn't happen. Kept bringing a margarita no one ordered to our table. Brought us water in plastic cups when we sat down, and we stared at the same empty cups until we left. People in our party, myself included, waited 2+ hrs just to eat below average, undercooked food. With all the waiting we did, you'd have thought we worked there. The waitstaff seemed pretty clueless. On the way out, I noticed about 2 dozen foil wrapped potatoes in the kitchen. The manager halved the bill and said she'd been grilling the kitchen staff for their mistakes all night; how bout grilling the steaks next time?

Went there last Sunday night for their great margaritas. What a surprise! New owner, attitude, waitresses, and chef! Had their special - Prime Rib Sandwich. Was outstanding !!!

If you're looking for a really good steakhouse, this wasn't it. Very tough, under seasoned sirloins. Not worth the wait as the kitchen struggled getting orders out. Cocktail sauce tasted like ketchup with a hint of horseradish and yet, the bread was excellent as was the ranch dressing. Our waiter was fantastic and the atmosphere was very cozy, coming out of the men's room you can sit right down at your neighbors table.....
