We're from Tucson visiting. Each had the NY Strip, cooked perfectly Med-rare with butter on top, came with veggies, side salad, side of your choice and warm bread loaf. Everything was delicious and staff was awesome. It was a bit busy when we arrived, but got right in. Prices were reasonable and we took leftovers home. Will definitely come again!
Excellent experience ! Dry Gulch is a hidden gem and we are glad we came here for our 25th anniversary. Our group had burgers and the salmon; everything was flavorful and well presented. Our service was prompt and our server was kind. No loud, blaring music and everyone was chatting at a reasonable level.

The food is always good. Great margaritas. There used to be live music Thur - Sat with Bud, but I heard he isn’t there any longer. Parking can be hit and miss. We recently came here on a Tuesday when they opened to sit in the patio with our dog. An employee said they weren’t seating the patio because they were short staffed. They had one table being seated inside - I don’t think us sitting in the patio would have made a difference to their staff.
