Tempura was super oily.

Very clean and quick service! We ordered the steak teriyaki combo and Las Vegas roll. For the price we felt like you got a lot of food!

Best sushi in PV/Prescott area. Staff is wonderful, food is delicious, and overall a great experience. Every single time we’ve dined in or take out, it was 5 stars! Love this place and highly recommend.

The best sushi place in the Prescott area, and overall a great little hidden gem! Been here multiple times before leaving a review, and each time the sushi has been incredible & fresh, the wait staff have been excellent, and all of their appetizer options are fantastic. Great spot for a date night or a larger group dinner, & the owners are incredibly friendly as well. Overall one of the best dining options in Prescott, would recommend, 10/10.

We’ve been enjoying Fujiama for many years. Since before they moved to their current location.
I’ve never had 1 complaint.
Service is great. Kong has been a server here since we started and he is thourough and professional.
The food is also outstanding.
I love sushi and eat it wherever I go. Comparatively, the cuts/portions of Nigiri I’ve eaten have been wonderful. Flavorful and very generously cut. Quail egg shooters are a spectacular treat, I was introduced to at Fujiama many years ago and haven’t found better anywhere else.
Not sure about the negative reviews I’ve read here. Almost hard to believe, considering our experiences over the past 15 years.
Lastly, the prices here are considerably less than our other go to sushi joint here in No. AZ.

These reviews are an illusion. I live in California and the food quality for price is absurd. The rolls should have been 6.95 instead of $18. I mentioned to server the rolls has little fish and her response was order less rice. My response is this order less from another restaurant.

An excellent place to get sushi. Good quality, well prepared and the staff is amazing. We've been there when it's low attendance and packed to the wall and have yet to be disappointed. Start a conversation with the sushi chefs. They are great people!
