Ginza Sushi & Asian Cuisine

Food is great here, I do have one complaint: they said my to go would be done in 8 minutes and it took closer to half an hour. Which isn't even really a problem when you're getting real food, but why even say that it would take 8 minutes? There was only one table, so it's not like they were busy, they've gotta know how long cooking their own food takes, if they had just told me it would take 20-30 minutes it'd be fine. Ramen was great, sushi is excellent, tempura is the best I've had in town, all around a solid experience

I’ve tried many sushi spots in town, but this one really stands out. The fish is always fresh, and you can taste the quality in every piece. I especially loved the salmon nigiri. it was perfectly balanced and practically melted in my mouth.

This is the best sushi in Prescott...I've tried everywhere else and this place beats them all ❤️

Excellent gourmet sushi and sashimi. Had an amazing experience and a lot of different things. Including a raw sea scallops entree. Which I had never had. The waitress was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall I would give my overall experience a 5 of 5 stars rating. Have been there 4-5 times total. Great food and drinks every time.

This was the most amazing sushi restaurant I have ever been to! The food was top tier. The owner made everyone’s night! She is absolutely wonderful. I would eat here everyday if I could! I bright my baby & my whole family with, everyone enjoyed dinner. My baby absolutely loved her!!! The fish was excellent- very fresh. The miso soup was delicious! Everyone savored their rolls. Would 11100% come here again. Love love love! I could go on and on about the owner and her restaurant!

I ordered a California roll and received a roll made with crab salad. When I said it wasn't what I ordered, they would not take it back. They insisted that California rolls are "always" made with crab salad! The other items we had were not as good as they used to be. New chef.

Not edible. Extremely salty. Over cooked. Tons of sauce. Yet dry. Fried rice deconstructed. We bought 6 meals. 1 was EDIBLE.

Old food. Dry.

If you love Asian Cuisine and you're in Prescott AZ, this is a wonderful place to dine. Our server Laura provided excellent services. We went here for date night and had a fabulous time.

The medium spice chicken ramen was fantastic. One of my top 10 of all time. Sushi was fresh and tasty. Server was prompt and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience for a very fair price.

Servers are very friendly and accommodating. I got the teriyaki chicken with rice and my husband got the noodles. Both were delish! We've been back twice in the last week lol
