I was last there a few months ago, our smoothie got messed up and a very nice guy I think he has fluffy blonde hair? Remade it very fast for us. Next time I come I hope to get the same good service

5 stars for customer service and delicious açaí bowls. However, the cold brew is absolutely terrible. Not the first Jamba I've had it at, it's just plain terrible. I love black coffee but this stuff needs to go.
