They made my sandwich wrong and the most they would offer is a free bag of chips or soda. I love Jersey Mikes but unfortunately the one in Prescott AZ is very poorly managed and the staff doesn't read order tickets properly. The girl I spoke with said "it just got really busy" so I am supposed to accept that as an excuse for my sandwich being made wrong.
