Jonathan was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. She went above and beyond for what I thought would be an average fast food experience, and I can tell she's a very hard worker and takes her job seriously.

Why is it that fast food restaurants are one of the few food service businesses that take your money before you get your food? How many people pay, only to be sequestered in a parking spot for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for something simple, after being told one minute? How many of you have gone through a long drive thru experience only to find your food poorly made or incorrect well after you've paid and hit the road? Tired of having to wait for a refund. Let's go back to one window, actual people working the counters, and I pay once I see the food you are going to sell me.
