Dutch Bros Coffee is a popular spot known for its friendly staff and great customer service. The team includes a wonderful young woman who verifies dietary restrictions and a sweet manager named Ari who is patient and funny. Customers have noted the staff's energetic and polite demeanor, making each visit enjoyable. The drive-thru lines are efficient, and the Red Bull Twists are a hit. Many visitors appreciate how the employees remember names and engage in conversation, creating a warm atmosphere. While one visitor had an unfortunate encounter with a homeless man in the drive-thru, this location continues to be a favorite in Northern Arizona, with many customers expressing their dedication and preference for this spot over others. Overall, Dutch Bros Coffee stands out for its delicious drink options and elite-level customer service.
