We live around the corner from this location and we keep going there because of the quality is always ok, but there is certainly a management issue with scheduling, constantly being short staff and that turns into very slow service. Employees are always courteous and gracious. The Prescott Valley location has way better service but again you can tell they are always full staff and makes the big difference.
Gr8 service and great ice cream! What more could a guy ask for?!
