11am in the morning no one was here so I went through the drive through. Waited at the window for about 5 minutes and was then told they were waiting on veggies. I said I'm ok with them switching since I haven't paid yet and she said ok, then disappeared for 10 minutes with no warning. Got the food, parked 3 min away where I had phone connection and there was no fork or napkins,and over half the food was cold including the ragoons so I drove back and went back in. At this point I literally had no time at all to eat since I had to drive back to work so I gave up and it's just sitting in a bag in our back office. I've had a few issues in the past with a very long drive through but this was horrible and had no communication at all. Had I known about the wait I would've gone elsewhere and been able to eat lunch.

Terrible service when its busy. No point in ordering pick up in the app because you will not get priority, they will just pretend you dont exist while serving walk in customers who arruved after you.pretty sure its supposed to go on time the order is placed.. I arrived like 3 minutes after the app said my order was ready. I waited in line for about 7 minutes before asking, dude said hold one and continues to serve 2 more walk ins... Better to order drive thru pick up because they actually get served first.

Got our order wrong. Even after reaping it, and it showing right on the screen. And Ragoons were way under cooked. Not even crispy. Very disappointed.

This location always has issues with the drive thru. I waited a 40 mins only to be told my food would be 7 more at the window. I parked and it took another 15 mins total. No apologies about the wait, only a "we only have one person in the drive thru". At this price I want an hour of my life back, they didn't even give me a fork or the sweet and sour sauce. The orange chicken was old, told I was waiting on fresh broccoli beef and I only got broccoli with almost no beef.

I really hate speaking bad on this place but ordering from here on DoorDash or uber eats is so infuriating. I order cream cheese rangoons every time i get food whether it’s in person or online and any time I order online I am never given sweet and sour sauce, I mean never. It’s just very disappointing to be so excited to get my favorite part of my meal with zero sauce to eat with it. It is the sauce that comes with the side and there are no options online to ask for extra or even ask for it in general. And sometimes even in person I have to go back inside from the drive through and ask for it.

I go to this Panda after my gym session every once in a while and every time I go the guy here named mark is always so kind and thoughtful and makes my food the best way. I'm not sure he will see this but thank you. He always has a positive attitude and a great big smile.

Always out of multiple entrees and atleast one or two sides every time I go here. The food warmers behind the glass are always dirty and not well kept. The lobby is dirty with tables that are not wiped down and the floor that looks disgusting. Usually see a few employees either sitting or talking when the place is in a bad state. Would choose the Prescott valley location any day of the week compared to this one. Walked I was do disappointed last time I went.
