I wanted to see what The Launch Pad was all about. Catherine very graciously gave me a tour and explained the various components of the organization. I was very impressed. On my way out, I got a cup of decaf Americana at the Moon Cafe. It was excellent. I shop a lot of coffee bars so I believe I have a good sense of what a good cup of coffee is all about. The Launch Pad is such a wonderful place for the kids, it’s been great for mine. Love what they do and stand for. The Moon Cafe is top notch and has become part of my regular routine. Good coffee, good food and great service. Just like any place you want to go back to, the people make the difference.
