today I informed Matt that he is officially my favorite sandwich maker! :-) he has assembled sandwiches for me a few times now.whenever the circumstances permit, he discusses all kinds of ingredients with me ... and the end result is a visually appealing and appetizing piece of art! (just what I need during my work day lunch hours).
