Organic and scratch made are canceled out when you spray your pans with butane. That's what cooking spray is made of and sprayed on every single baked good. Room for improvement.

What an impressive experience. I will state, with confidence, that one can compare their pastries to any restaurant from Prescott to Scottsdale. I can say that I find most on par with pastries I've had in Paris! Holiday season- the pumpkin cheesecake bar has the perfect balance of flavor, texture and even salt. Breads, sandwiches are all first rate!!! I love the Parisian sandwich- ham and cheese and mustard on a baguette. Sounds perhaps simple but when done right, adding “floof “ can distract from tasting the perfect sandwich. You just can’t be disappointed after coming to Pangea Bakery, the best jem I’ve discovered in many years that serves consistent, quality food!

Hidden Gem in the city. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff. Wide selection of donuts.
My wife and I wanted to eat lunch. I ordered a five dollar bowl of soup and my wife ordered a $15 egg sandwich with bacon on it. I didn’t eat the soup, it wasn’t good. I gave my plate back to person at register. They asked why, I said it wasn’t good. They just looked at me. No offer to make anything right. Overpriced and no service.

Got 2 vegetarian sandwiches for lunch today. They were both amazing, the baguettes they were on were spectacular, especially the seeded one.
Best bread in the Universe😁. Sourdough is amazing! For a special treat, Everything Baguette! Get the calendar, something new and fresh everyday!

Best BLT in the State .. absolutely delicious.. latte was excellent and the staff was amazing .. not a lot of indoor seating so rush hour may be tricky but they do have outdoor seating and take away which allot of customers were doing .. can't say enough about the staff how welcoming, accommodating and skilled .. can't wait to return for seconds 🙏❤️💯

Awesome bread, a little on the expensive side but healthier option than your average bread for sure. However, they should consider having extended hours for us that work 8-5pm and can’t make it to the bakery till 5-10 minutes before they close and then get surprise than I am here to buy bread. Either make more bread to sell (who are trying to rush to get some bread for dinner or be a little bit more understanding and extend your hours, instead of making dumb comments about us getting there 5-10min before your close.

People just standing around not with numbers just watching...so much gluten free baked goods, one had to search for gluten containing flour products. Odd. Plus, a vegan coleslaw, a cookie, & tea from cooler was 18$. This gal will not return.

Place is a mess. Felt very claustrophobic being in there. The “marketplace” they had was way overpriced. Could use more seating space. The sandwich was fine up until I realized there were small eggshell bits in almost every part of the scrambled egg. So not great.
