Organic and scratch made are canceled out when you spray your pans with butane. That's what cooking spray is made of and sprayed on every single baked good. Room for improvement.
What an impressive experience. I will state, with confidence, that one can compare their pastries to any restaurant from Prescott to Scottsdale. I can say that I find most on par with pastries I've had in Paris! Holiday season- the pumpkin cheesecake bar has the perfect balance of flavor, texture and even salt.

Best BLT in the State .. absolutely delicious.. latte was excellent and the staff was amazing .. not a lot of indoor seating so rush hour may be tricky but they do have outdoor seating and take away which allot of customers were doing .. can't say enough about the staff how welcoming, accommodating and skilled .. can't wait to return for seconds 🙏❤️💯
