It's popular for a reason. Can't say I know what that reason is yet. I'll definitely go back, there's plenty I want to try. The Monte Cristo I had was under cooked and raw in the middle. Hash browns mid. I think I went in expecting too much. Waitress seemed a little overwhelmed with the amount of tables, but she might have been new. Nutella Waffle, not bad. I'll give them another shot and update accordingly.
When we (party of two) first walked in the door, we were greeted by a girl who looked really confused, then asked for my name to be added to the waitlist & told us the wait would 15-20 minutes. Two tables were open and clean, two were empty with plates on them - but we didn’t say anything just incase there wasn’t a server in that section or something we weren’t aware of. The owner of this restaurant, has another restaurant named Ciao Bella in PV... He's originally from NY and has an extensive exposure to fabulous eateries down pat. Great food, great service and a lively atmosphere...it's the ultimate trifecta!
