I used to go to this Starbucks two or three times a week and had awesome service and consistent coffee products. The employees even new me by name and new what was going to order. They were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Since this location was remodeled and new staff was added it has gone down hill in customer service. Since the renovation and restaffing this Starbucks is better than it was. So far the coffee is consistent with other Starbucks. My only complaint is that I asked for a kids hot apple cider (steamed apple juice for my innocent child) and no other Starbucks has a problem with that, it was a diff baristas suggestion, but this person looked at me like I kicked her cat! NO-FI-STAHS-FO-U! ONLY FO!
