“Don't go to this restaurant!!! This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to! They don't run their AC, so it is always hot and humid inside, very uncomfortable. The employees are retarded. It took 30 minutes to get my order and they screwed it up. A customer ahead of me waited so long that she told them they are worthless and walked out without her order and didn't get her money back. The owner of this taco bell should be ashamed!“
“This 5 star part of my review is specifically for an employee that works there, not the actual food itself. I’d like to recognize “Vanity” that works there. I placed a mobile order about a week ago and I was greeted by the most friendly face. Vanity was very personable. She was so friendly and she made me feel like she truly cares about her customers. It’s not often that you see that in the customer service industry much anymore and I just wanted her efforts to be recognized. Thank you, Vanity for making my visit such an enjoyable one!
As far as the food goes, it leaves a lot to be desired. Almost every time, my order is not right in some way, about half the time it’s missing at least 1 item, and there’s hardly any meat on anything ever. The chalupas are also pretty subpar. With how much a chalupa costs, I would hope that it would at least be cooked- but it’s always soggy and barely cooked. And I get about a teaspoon of meat on anything I order. But, it’s close by and I can usually get a halfway decent deal on an online box- good thing cause that’s about all the food is worth with how skimpy the meat portions are.
