Taco Bell in Surprise

“Stopped in for lunch and was pleased with the speedy service. I ordered on the app, and by the time I parked and walked in, my order was pretty much ready. I haven't had Taco Bell in a while, so I figured I would give it a shot. Everything tasted great and was made to order. The fast service and great food make this a great place to stop in for lunch or dinner, especially if you are in a hurry.“

“Addendum: Gave them another chance, and they've somewhat redeemed themselves! My food was all correct this time first try, it was hot, nothing was missing, and they were quick about it as well. Staff was nice as always, despite the fact we swung by at 11pm this time. Prasada Taco Bell, your ice has thickened.

Usually, I quite like this location. I've been here many a times, no problems, lovely staff. This time, however, my entire order was wrong, and I was missing an item. Crazy. The staff was friendly and helpful, at least, but wow. I've never had such big mistakes for such a small order before. I'm not talking missing sauce or maybe forgetting to add an extra ingredient, I was given an entirely different item wrapped as the item I was ordered. FOR THREE SEPARATE ITEMS. Bless you, Manager Ebony(?), for being so kind and polite over the phone, cause I probably woulda gone feral if anything else had happened. You're on thin ice, Prasada Taco Bell.“

“We came in and ordered our food, then one of the gals said the rice wasn’t ready yet so there will be a wait. No problem at all. But just because we had to wait they gave us 2 large drinks and nacho fries for free! So sweet and thoughtful. It’s the little things.“

“The food here was very tasty and came out fast. Staff were polite and helpful. All the kiosks worked and sauces, drink station, napkins etc. were well-stocked. The floors and bathrooms were a little dusty and dirty, but they may have just had a rush. Overall a great place to grab a bite.“

“The dude who did my order at May 24 11:10 ish I went in just wanted a drink the dude is perfect super kind guy and gave a smile and was very nice to me he went above and beyond for me and after a long day of work that really made my night thank you Taco Bell for picking that employee.“

“I went thru the drive through on Friday 6/05 about 7pm, very busy😭. They were out of a few drinks and my husband is very picky on what he likes to drink. Jayden was the drive thru attendant who took my order. He was absolutely amazing! He apologized for not having the two drinks that my husband would drink. Even though it was very busy he handled it very well with me completely confused on what to get my husband to drink. He did not rush me and he was not impatient at all. I have not been to a Taco Bell in forever and had no idea what other drinks were available. He walked me through on what options to get to help me figure out what drinks were available for the meals that I purchased. I was finally able to make a decision. You got to keep her with that kid!“
