Taco Bell in Surprise

“Stopped in for lunch and was pleased with the speedy service. I ordered on the app, and by the time I parked and walked in, my order was pretty much ready. I haven't had Taco Bell in a while, so I figured I would give it a shot. Everything tasted great and was made to order. The fast service and great food make this a great place to stop in for lunch or dinner, especially if you are in a hurry.“

“Addendum: Gave them another chance, and they've somewhat redeemed themselves! My food was all correct this time first try, it was hot, nothing was missing, and they were quick about it as well. Staff was nice as always, despite the fact we swung by at 11pm this time. Prasada Taco Bell, your ice has thickened.

Usually, I quite like this location. I've been here many a times, no problems, lovely staff. This time, however, my entire order was wrong, and I was missing an item. Crazy. The staff was friendly and helpful, at least, but wow. I've never had such big mistakes for such a small order before. I'm not talking missing sauce or maybe forgetting to add an extra ingredient, I was given an entirely different item wrapped as the item I was ordered. FOR THREE SEPARATE ITEMS. Bless you, Manager Ebony(?), for being so kind and polite over the phone, cause I probably woulda gone feral if anything else had happened. You're on thin ice, Prasada Taco Bell.“

“We came in and ordered our food, then one of the gals said the rice wasn’t ready yet so there will be a wait. No problem at all. But just because we had to wait they gave us 2 large drinks and nacho fries for free! So sweet and thoughtful. It’s the little things.“

“The food here was very tasty and came out fast. Staff were polite and helpful. All the kiosks worked and sauces, drink station, napkins etc. were well-stocked. The floors and bathrooms were a little dusty and dirty, but they may have just had a rush. Overall a great place to grab a bite.“

“I’ve ordered from this Taco Bell location loads of times over the past year and I’ve always had a fantastic experience! My orders are consistently accurate and well-packaged (and this sentiment extends to my requested number of sauce packets). The staff is excellent at sealing bags, boxes, and drinks with tamper-proof stickers, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my food is safe. Beyond the accuracy, the food quality is consistently fresh and hot. Even during the busiest hours, my tacos and burritos come out just as tasty as ever, with crisp shells and the right amount of filling. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!“

“I didn’t see myself writing a review of a Taco Bell but the staff at this particular location is just that good. I will say I love Taco Bell anyway but the drive through staff takes pride in their work, ask me how I’m doing and listen with interest, and occasionally give me complimentary stuff because they’re just cool. Hell I come here when I’m in a bad mood just for the positivity. Thanks guys, you know who you are.“
