But she remade the food for me and allowed me to come in and pick it up :-) she was very nice and my order was fresh and hot when I picked it up :-) Ive been coming to this location for about 2 years now and EVERYTIME Ive had a great experience :-)“
“This is THE BEST TB I’ve been to. Back when it was TB/KFC it was no where near as good. Whomever took it over, they’ve done an awesome job with all the good changes made. Every time I cruise down here from Prescott Valley, this is my go to spot for breakfast.LOVE IT!Thank you, Taco Bell Crew!“

“At first the woman at the window seemed a little irritated, nothing crazy. When I had parked and started eating I realized I got two chalupas that were chicken when they were supposed to be beef. When I came up to the window she knew she had entered it wrong and we argued for a second. I left the window pretty irritated, but she personally came outside to give me the replacement and apologized for coming off rude. And explained their food policy, even though she couldn't replace both because I had eaten almost all of mine. She replaced one and the fact that she came out and apologized and told me the policy, in a very nice way. I had a wonderful experience, working fast food can be awful. An apology fixed it all, I was more than ok with replacing one and ate my food happy. Id go there again and tell other people to do so as well. I wish I got her name but I didn't.Parking: Huge parking lot.“
“No complaints. Hey, it's Taco Bell...fast food...but in all fairness that does leave things wide open for criticism, but not at this visit. Food was hot, delicious, and the staff was friendly. I used the wash room to wash my hands and the bathrooms seemed clean ..there wasn't trash on floor. Overall, good experience!“
“Absolute best customer service and food that I have ever gotten at taco bell I placed an order to the app. Didn't get crazy on the order, basically no sour cream or guacamole on anything. Greeted me very politely at the speaker box. Got to the window, had to wait maybe up to a minute, I'm assuming it's because on got a 5 layer burrito grilled..side not first time trying that and oh man it's good. I left the drive thru checked the order and everything was correct. Packed very well. No broken shells or chips, no food on the sides lol. It was delicious too“

“I typically go through the drive through and sometimes it is hard for the employee to hear what I'm saying. Sometimes I have to drive up to ask about their box deals (and what's in them). *** I rarely go in, they are on Thurderbird (busy street). When I have gone in, it doesn't seem warm or comforting. I just reccomened using the drive through.“
“Food was ready when I asked for it to be as I rode a bicycle in. Not busy which is good since I have a small 7lb dog with me. She's harmless but if it were busy I wouldn't stay while having her. But staff loved her and were great. Can't say anything “
