“The teenagers that just served me tonight and on a side note also on a Monday night were absolutely the kindest and made sure my burrito and quesadillas was extra crispy like I asked. I love it when these younger generations really take their jobs professionally and truly listen. Good job for my new favorite Taco Bell. I will definitely be back especially because I am just around the corner now. 😀❤️“

“I've been to this location more than a few times now, and its always been in the middle of the night due to my schedule. Let me just say the employees have always been kind and attentive, whether they are slammed or its empty. I've used both the app and the drive thru to order and (knock on wood) my order has always been correct and yummy! Big shout out to the staff!“

“Good clean restaurant, Food comes out hot and Fresh. Great Customer service 👏 only complaint. Food at times can take a long time to get it out of the kitchen. Also stop forcing people to use the electric kiosk machine to order. Some people have a hard time trying to use them and prefer a human cashier over a machine.“

“Ive been going to this taco bell pretty much every Monday and Wednesday morning since January. I normally get a Doritos locos tacos and every single time the bottom of the shell is broken and the taco is falling apart. At first I thought it was a location issue. But today I had a different drive through person than normal and the shell was completely fine! Seems like the guy usually serving drive through as I come by is probably not being as careful. Anyway food is usually good! Service is usually good!“

“New location from a couple of doors down, very clean but mostly smaller tables that seat two. Comfortable temperature unlike the freezer at 35th and Glendale. My only disappointment was trying to order the new Cheez-It crunchwrap and getting the Crunchwrap supreme, the problem was that I ordered at the counter instead of using the kiosk because it seems impolite to use the kiosk if there's an employee at an empty counter. I didn't realize the mixup until it was too late and didn't check my receipt until after eating my meal. I can't fault the employee but since the Cheez-It is new, popular and apparently easy to confuse with the regular crunchwrap they should have asked for clarification“

“This is a good Taco Bell to eat. The food obviously is great but the people are friendly and inviting. They really made it feel like I was welcomed even though all I wanted was a cup of water. I might of even come across a new admirer lol. I'd recommend this location to anyone who what's to eat great Taco Bell food and be treated with awesome personalities.“

“I just drove through the Taco Bell and explained that I was sick and just wanted to drive back through and get a refill of an ice cold beverage. The employee named, Amanda was so sweet & kind to me. Amanda had me drive up to the window and she had a refreshing beverage refill for me. Her complete kindness and her understanding made me cry. It's so wonderful to have people like Amanda who genuinely care and understand when someone needs help.

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars — A Rare Fast-Food Gem on 49th Ave & Thunderbird

Okay, full disclosure: I have stepped into many fast-food restaurants in my lifetime. Like… many. Honestly, at this point I’ve probably set foot in almost every fast-food joint in the Phoenix metro area. Please hold your judgment. I’ve worked years doing DoorDash and Uber Eats, so my car basically has a PhD in drive-thrus and my stomach is doing field research.

With all that said, this Taco Bell is on a different level.

The vibes inside are always weirdly good…in the best way possible. It’s actually kind of sad how rare that is. Most fast-food restaurants give customer service only to “regular” customers and then act like Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers are ghosts haunting the soda machine. It gets depressing when places forget we’re humans just trying to do a job.

But not here.

Today I came in to grab food for myself (a wild plot twist for a delivery driver) before starting my shift, and once again the energy inside this Taco Bell was so genuinely pleasant. The employees actually seem happy, the atmosphere feels welcoming, and everyone treats you like an actual person … no matter why you’re there.

I don’t know who the manager is, who sets the tone, or whose magic this is… but whoever is responsible, y’all deserve a giant shoutout. This location consistently makes my day a little brighter, and that’s saying something coming from someone who lives in the fast-food trenches.“

“Went this morning for a quick breakfast item. Drove thru and had a great experience of customer service from Nicole . She asked about rewards, was patient to allow me to pull it up and she noticed I had a reward and asked if I would like to use it. She was great with her service and I will be going out of my way to come back to this Taco Bell in the future. Kudos to her and the management staff for far exceeding my expectations. Food was well prepared as well.“

“This taco bell (35th and pinnacle peak) used to be terrible before the remodel. We live right by it and stopped going here after repeated issues with stale, cold, food with wrong orders. But shortly after the remodel, something changed. Not sure if there's new leadership but now the food is fresh, hot, and orders are accurate. Thanks, we can now eat Taco Bell again.“
