“The teenagers that just served me tonight and on a side note also on a Monday night were absolutely the kindest and made sure my burrito and quesadillas was extra crispy like I asked. I love it when these younger generations really take their jobs professionally and truly listen. Good job for my new favorite Taco Bell. “I've been to this location more than a few times now, and its always been in the middle of the night due to my schedule. Let me just say the employees have always been kind and attentive, whether they are slammed or its empty. “Ive been going to this taco bell pretty much every Monday and Wednesday morning since January. I normally get a Doritos locos tacos and every single time the bottom of the shell is broken and the taco is falling apart. At first I thought it was a location issue. But today I had a different drive through person than normal and the shell was completely fine! Seems like the guy usually serving drive through as I come by is probably not being as careful. Anyway food is usually good! Service is usually good!“

“I just drove through the Taco Bell and explained that I was sick and just wanted to drive back through and get a refill of an ice cold beverage. The employee named, Amanda was so sweet & kind to me. Amanda had me drive up to the window and she had a refreshing beverage refill for me. Her complete kindness and her understanding made me cry. It's so wonderful to have people like Amanda who genuinely care and understand when someone needs help.

“This is a good Taco Bell to eat. The food obviously is great but the people are friendly and inviting. They really made it feel like I was welcomed even though all I wanted was a cup of water. I might of even come across a new admirer lol. I'd recommend this location to anyone who what's to eat great Taco Bell food and be treated with awesome personalities.“

Okay, full disclosure: I have stepped into many fast-food restaurants in my lifetime. Like… many. Honestly, at this point I’ve probably set foot in almost every fast-food joint in the Phoenix metro area. Please hold your judgment. I’ve worked years doing DoorDash and Uber Eats, so my car basically has a PhD in drive-thrus and my stomach is doing field research.

With all that said, this Taco Bell is on a different level.

The vibes inside are always weirdly good…in the best way possible. It’s actually kind of sad how rare that is. Most fast-food restaurants give customer service only to “regular” customers and then act like Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers are ghosts haunting the soda machine. It gets depressing when places forget we’re humans just trying to do a job.

But not here.

Today I came in to grab food for myself (a wild plot twist for a delivery driver) before starting my shift, and once again the energy inside this Taco Bell was so genuinely pleasant. The employees actually seem happy, the atmosphere feels welcoming, and everyone treats you like an actual person … no matter why you’re there.

I don’t know who the manager is, who sets the tone, or whose magic this is… but whoever is responsible, y’all deserve a giant shoutout. This location consistently makes my day a little brighter, and that’s saying something coming from someone who lives in the fast-food trenches.“

“the employees inside were nice, took care of our needs when asked and were pleasant to speak to. the store was clean and kept up nicely with no trash around and the kiosks were clean with no grime or fingerprints.

they gave the box combo mixed with the other items from our order and not in a box so chips spilled everywhere inside the bag and forgot to give me my medium drink cup with the order so I had to go up and ask for it. so just concerning about how they packaged our food and forgot an item but it was resolved immediately.“

“We went through.Drive through so I guess I shouldn't really score that atmosphere.So low, I never actually went in. But I think like many of the fast food places are over the last few years.It really depends on the drive through.And to go to traffic, to generate revenue. Tacos, we ordered were actually pretty good. But once you added in the extra tomatoes, another fill items, the cost was about the same as if I went to ***** oops, My favorite sit down mexican restaurant. Still, for quick bite to take home. It was excellent and with the online app points that you can earn.I would definitely keep going back. Hadn't eaten a Taco Bell and probably over 10 years. So pretty good quality for fast food. Heck, even when compared against some sit down restaurants.“
