“Jared and his staff at this store are amazing! So friendly! A very small hiccup in my order and they were so apologetic and accommodating! My pharmacy didn’t even care half as much when they gave me the wrong medication! They really went above and beyond for me. Absolutely incredible customer service!! I’ll be back for sure!“
“Rad crew great customer service when i thought i messed up it was the app that sent my food to the other store they were rad here made sure i got my dinner to eat and made sure got ny drink while issues were fixed took 10 mins for the app to work thanks to the crew made my night better to make sure i ate“
“I’ve been ordering from this location for a while now heck I’m sure atp they’re getting tired of seeing my customizations pop up lol. And up until this point I’ve never had an issue ordering through their mobile app until tonight. I placed an order for delivery hoping to receive my dinner in due time but after an hour of waiting and never receiving my food after a dasher named Dominyc G close to that spelling picked it up. Thankfully as always this location rocked and even tho the doordasher was out of their control they did everything they could to make sure my order got remade and that I got my dinner, so thank you greatly Tori and the night staff at Rittenhouse location transitioning from the night of August 14th to the next morning. You are all amazing and to other customers pick up your orders or beware dominyc stealing it! Much love <3“
