This proves that this particular Denny's knows they're terrible. They remodeled the restaurant, why didn't they improve the food quality? I have gotten ill every time I ate there 4 times in 6 years. The Denny's in Prescott Valley is great by the way. Most Denny's are good,this location needs a new owner or manager that doesn't choose to be lazy and drop standards. I'll bet the BOH is way below standards.

It's just Denny's a scam made for idiots.Ordering off door dash who don't know it's denny's. If you really think a Denny's burger is better than brown bag.You really need your brain examined

Have ordered from DoorDash delivery and picked up as well. Burgers have always been hot and fresh, actually some of the best burgers we've had here in Prescott (beats Bill's and Brown Bag). Staff were incredibly friendly at pick up as well.

Holly sat and took care of us immediately. She even became our server. Our orders came hot and reasonably quickly.
Holly checked on us often and even encouraged us when one of our party hadn’t shown up and we became worried.
We come to the Gail Gardner location often. We are always happy with the service but Holly is the best. She’s a keeper.

We ordered the food for delivery. We had a kids burger, a spill the bourbon burger and a raid the roost burger. All of them were absolutely bland. I get more flavor from the McDonald's! If I wanted to be that disappointed in my meal, I would have eaten out of the dumpster! The burbon burger came with onion rings that were so small, that I couldn't squeeze a quarter through the hole. More like breaded onion scraps! The burgers had NO flavor! Salt couldn't save ANY of those burgers! Also ordered a strawberry shake... think thick water with a smidge of strawberry flavoring. GROSS! ?
