I didn't try the food so I wouldn't know about that but the drinks and atmosphere was great live band was playing they were very good I had limited time there but it left a great impression
While The Point doesn't serve food the vibe and drinks are top notch. I hate to say speakeasy because this is more of an underground bar and doesn't have the pretentiousness of a speakeasy. It has live music and an overall great vibe. It can get pretty packed at time so if that isn't your thing then it's best to get there early.
This is what other cocktail lounges aspire to be, but fail to achieve. Complex, tasty beverages served by people who genuinely care about the handcrafted product they're preparing for you. Believe me when I say you'll want a designated driver, and whomever that person is will be someone for whom you'll owe another night, when you'll be their driver.
