Shrimp Gyoza
5 pieces. Shrimp, surimi, a little bit of pork, and veggie dumpling, pan fried. It comes with slightly spicy soy vinegarette dipping sauce.

Silken strands of cooked egg, corn, and green onion float in the soup.
White Rice　白米
Our rice gets special attentions. First, rice is washed very well until water becomes clean, and clear. Then, it is soaked overnight before cooking in our gas rice cooker. It is the traditional Japanese way. You can taste the difference.
Multigrain Brown Rice　玄米
This is what my family eats everyday. Original house blend of brown rice, wild rice, red rice, quinoa, red quinoa, amaranth, brown buckwheat, chia seed, hemp seed, barley, millet. Do you know anything healthier than this? Of course, there is no added fat.
Cucumber & Wakame Seaweed Salad　きゅうり酢の物
Thinly sliced cucumber and wakame seaweed marinated in sweet rice vinegar. Refreshing, light, and delicious. Sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Seaweed Salad　冷やしワカメ
Refreshing bright green stringy seaweed.
Calamari Salad　イカ山菜
Calamari is smoked, sliced very thinly and mixed with marinated vegetables.

Oreo Tempura　オレオ天ぷら
It's a state-fair and beach-boardwalk favorite that's worth every single calorie. We use lite tempura batter and dust with powdered sugar.
Sesame Mochi Ball　セサミボール
It is a pastry made from glutinous rice flour and filled with red bean paste. It is coated with sesame seeds on the outside and is crisp and chewy.

We will definitely be back! We enjoyed gyoza, shrimp tempura, shrimp shu mai dumplings, agadashi tofu, and pork katsu. Everything was delicious and freshly prepared. Our server had great timing for when to bring out the next item. All in all, it was a great experience, and we look forward to tasting more menu items next time!

Curry chicken katsu is my go to, delicious with rice or noodles. Chicken and egg bowl is another solid choice. Erica (who I presume is the owner) is super sweet, glad we have a fantastic Japenese restaurant here.

Excellent food and terrific staff! Best in Prescott by far! Erica is always a pleasure to speak with and continues to provide top notch service every single visit - everything on their menu is truly outstanding!
