Silken strands of cooked egg, corn, and green onion float in the soup.
White Rice　白米
Our rice gets special attentions. First, rice is washed very well until water becomes clean, and clear. Then, it is soaked overnight before cooking in our gas rice cooker. It is the traditional Japanese way. You can taste the difference.
Multigrain Brown Rice　玄米
This is what my family eats everyday. Original house blend of brown rice, wild rice, red rice, quinoa, red quinoa, amaranth, brown buckwheat, chia seed, hemp seed, barley, millet. Do you know anything healthier than this? Of course, there is no added fat.
Cucumber & Wakame Seaweed Salad　きゅうり酢の物
Thinly sliced cucumber and wakame seaweed marinated in sweet rice vinegar. Refreshing, light, and delicious. Sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Seaweed Salad　冷やしワカメ
Refreshing bright green stringy seaweed.
Calamari Salad　イカ山菜
Calamari is smoked, sliced very thinly and mixed with marinated vegetables.

Oreo Tempura　オレオ天ぷら
It's a state-fair and beach-boardwalk favorite that's worth every single calorie. We use lite tempura batter and dust with powdered sugar.
Sesame Mochi Ball　セサミボール
It is a pastry made from glutinous rice flour and filled with red bean paste. It is coated with sesame seeds on the outside and is crisp and chewy.

One of my favorite restaurants in Prescott, each item is unique with its own varying depth of palate (unlike the chain that moved into town a couple of years ago where every dish taste exactly the same). We have always been treated well here with very fast delivery of excellent food. My kids say the sushi here is the best they’ve had, and I agree. With it being freshly made and a wonderful toasted sesame mixed in with the rice, I’m really surprised it’s actually cheaper...

Literally..... the best authentic Japanese restaurant ive ever eaten at and its not even close. Id recommend a dish however everything on the menu is incredible .I've been in the industry a loong time my girlfriend currently works here so i frequent the restaurant often. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful it's quiet, serene, soft Japanese music is in the background. Friendly welcoming service and the food.... where do i begin. It is absolutely authentic cuisine...

What a treasure! The food here is amazing. The place is spotless. The dishes are authentic and so delicious. We had the squid salad and the cuke and seaweed salad. Next soft shelled crab and shrimp shumai. The sauces are homemade and exceptional. Then we both had sushi rolls. Rainbow for me and jalapeño and yellowtail for the hubby. Outstanding. It is a bit pricey but the quality is so worth the money. The glasses did not have a finger print or water spot anywhere and were sparkling...
