Shrimp Gyoza
5 pieces. Shrimp, surimi, a little bit of pork, and veggie dumpling, pan fried. It comes with slightly spicy soy vinegarette dipping sauce.
Home-made Gyoza-Pork

Thin firm textured noodles in savory broth that is made from stock of pork bone. Ton kotsu broth looks cloudy. Topped with cha shu pork, cabbage, green onion, red pickled ginger, corn, kikurage mushroom, and menma bamboo shoots.

Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup that starts with a dashi broth and is flavored with miso (fermented soybean) paste. Our miso soup contains tofu, green onion, and wakame seaweed.
Egg Drop Soup　玉子スープ
Silken strands of cooked egg, corn, and green onion float in the soup.
White Rice　白米
Our rice gets special attentions. First, rice is washed very well until water becomes clean, and clear. Then, it is soaked overnight before cooking in our gas rice cooker. It is the traditional Japanese way. You can taste the difference.
Multigrain Brown Rice　玄米
This is what my family eats everyday. Original house blend of brown rice, wild rice, red rice, quinoa, red quinoa, amaranth, brown buckwheat, chia seed, hemp seed, barley, millet. Do you know anything healthier than this? Of course, there is no added fat.
Cucumber & Wakame Seaweed Salad　きゅうり酢の物
Thinly sliced cucumber and wakame seaweed marinated in sweet rice vinegar. Refreshing, light, and delicious. Sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Seaweed Salad　冷やしワカメ
Refreshing bright green stringy seaweed.
Calamari Salad　イカ山菜
Calamari is smoked, sliced very thinly and mixed with marinated vegetables.

Dessert
Oreo Tempura　オレオ天ぷら
It's a state-fair and beach-boardwalk favorite that's worth every single calorie. We use lite tempura batter and dust with powdered sugar.
Sesame Mochi Ball　セサミボール
It is a pastry made from glutinous rice flour and filled with red bean paste. It is coated with sesame seeds on the outside and is crisp and chewy.

I’m awestruck at the incredible freshness and quality of this place. Considering I pass by this restaurant almost daily and never thought to try it…I am realizing how much I’ve missed. Because in my nearly 40 years of living in the Prescott area…this is truly the best restaurant in Prescott and hands down one of the top two authentic Japanese experiences I’ve personally had in all my travels. If you haven’t given this place a shot, I urge you to drop your other plans...

Unsui was a great experience. Despite the less than savory, overly demanding tourist, bleached-out and blown-out diners next to us, the food was amazing and so was THEIR service. Their server was amazing in how he handled them. Our server was great too. The staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful and made sure we were happy in a quiet and consistent manner. The food was delicious. The octopus balls are a must. The beef bowl was flavorful and filling. The sushi was crisp...

Really good authentic food, and the staff are attentive and friendly. Plus, the waitress (owner, I think?) spoke Japanese, so I was able to practice! I'll definitely be coming here again.
