The Salmon Teriaki dinner was huge amd delicious. The salmon had a slight crispness at the edges, but not burnt. The vegetable assortment was better than most restaurants, with broccoli, snow peas, asparagus,, carrots and mushrooms. My leftovers fed me twice more.

I had one of the best meals I had this year, the Spicy Mango Shrimp, and sushi and tempura we shared with the table. But that's ultimately second place for what made a big impression on me.
As we were leaving the restaurant, our server came running at full speed to stop us. I had forgotten my beanie hat in the booth, and he didn't want me to leave without it.
He could not have known that my hat was a gift from family, and sentimental...
