Staff likes to talk rudely about costumers apparently they spend more time doingthis than Making sure they have the stock and staff to serve they are always out of meats and most other things for sandwiches and cannot handle orders yet continue to be rude and harass costumers it's to the point they feel they can touch costumers

Every time I’ve gone to this location, it has been a horrible experience. This time, I placed a mobile order and redeemed my free cup of ice cream with my BK points. I get to BK and sit at the speaker for at least 8 minutes without anyone greeting me to take my order. I drove to the window and waited another few minutes before I honked my horn to get someone’s attention. I finally tell them I’m picking up an order. The guy inside had his headset around his neck when he walked up to the window and said the headset wasn’t working. I think if that’s true, they should put a sign at the drive thru saying to just pull up to the window to order. They’re out of the ice cream so I got the cookies instead. Then waited another 10 minutes to get my food, and when I got home, they gave me the wrong wrap, and my chicken was cold. Don’t go to this location

If your passing through, please don't eat at this burger King. The young girl working there was not friendly. I ordered a large meal. She charged me full price and gave me a med. Cup. I asked her for a large cup, and she said that's all they have. I said it was to go, and I needed a large cup and that I was paying for a large. She rudely said that all there is. I said ok, never mind. I got my order and got my self-serve drink. They were out of lids. I asked her for one, and she was very irritated that she had to find one. I'd find another place to eat.

They were out of Swiss cheese for their patty melt. Bread was greasy. Fries were very greasy. Waited in line at the drive thru window for 8 mins without anyone in front of me. I knocked on the window with no response. Drove around to the parking lot and went in. The 2 employees were back in the kitchen. Tables and floor were not cleaned up. Very sad and haven't been back since.

This place is the best stop in town. We always stop here. The service is always great, the bathrooms are always well stocked, and if you have young kids they have ride on toys. Don't go down the street, go here!

Service was fast and when I got home to eat the fish sandwich I purchased it definitely was not fresh. Bun was totally burnt and fish was dry and hard. Thanks for selling me old food.

What had happened was, I got there and one person said they were out of buns and could only serve fries, wraps and nuggets... No problem, I was going to try a wrap anyways. Right after I paid, another employee said they were only out of Whopper buns. Oh well, I already paid, not a big deal. Worse wraps ever. I don't think the first one was cooked all the way through and neither of them were made good.
