“So grateful this is here!! Three years ago, we used the one by Pit Station, what a dump it has become, clothes came out yucky and soaking wet! We came here and WOW, what a difference. While it was Saturday, it was crowded, but we did not have to wait for any of the machines. Clothes came out of washer super clean and practically dry. The dryer got everything dry in 30 min. Their staff was keeping everything clean. Didn't try the showers but will utilize those at sometime while we are here! Thank you!“

“This review is for the amazing employee Susan. Last July 2025 I went from Riverside to Phoenix, and when I went in I used the kiosk to order but Susan just shined. She was nice and helpful and got me a water after my order came up. She stood out with her smile and kindness, but I am a blender and should not have stood out to her, yet 3 days later when I was going back home she said said hi and welcome back. I was shocked that she would ever remember me and maybe she didn’t but she treated me like she did.
Now here I am again stopping in more than 6 months later and she didn’t say welcome back but I swear she said hi to me like I was her friend stopping in.
I rarely do reviews but I wish Susan was closer to my home. I just love her warmth. I will always stop there when I drive through just to see her smile.

Because let’s face it, Mcds is McDs and our coffees we order are a hit sometimes and miss other times.“
