Service was good and quick. The wings always seem to be kinda tough and chewy. The family likes it, so we eat here somewhat regularly and the wings are always just ok.

Unfortunate. Cross off BWW at QC market place as a location to watch games. TV's are blurry. I am getting a headache. If I did not already ordered my food, I would go to a different location to watch the game.

Used to be great! Definitely understaffed when there’s one bartender taking care of 60% of the restaurant. Food wasn’t hot but it was still bww wings! Hope it’s better next time

This experience was dystopian. There are no longer any menus, or waitresses that help with your order. You get sat at your table, and you do everything yourself on your phone. The entire restaurant was just people confused and frustrated, and by the end of it all, I was confused why I was tipping. I feel the level of service was similar to that of Golden Corral, they bring you your drink and the rest is on you. Speaking of the food, it all came out at different times, sides came out before the main, the chicken was tough and gross. I’m not sure what happened here, but I’d avoid until they figure this all out.

Walked in to order a simple order of wings to go, stood at the counter waiting for a hostess or somebody to even peak a mild bit of interest in why im waiting and looking like a fool I stood there for 15 minutes straight, got looks by multiple employees, nothing. After the 15 I decided to up and leave. shredded my buffalo wild wings gift card and will take my money to wingstop, atleast I'm treated like I matter there. Never coming again

My husband took me here for Valentines Day, which is never something he does. So I was feeling really special, that is until we entered BWW.We stood at the front entry, waiting about 10 minutes to be seated. There was no one even around. So we decided I guess the bar is the only option. Wasn't great service up there either.The food was warm, the appetizer came the Sametime as our food, and to get a refill was asking too much. What should've been a night to remind was definitely one to remember in all the wrong ways.Lost our business for good!What a complete letdown of my entire night.Thanke Buffalo Wild wings!
