Used to be great! Definitely understaffed when there’s one bartender taking care of 60% of the restaurant. Food wasn’t hot but it was still bww wings! Hope it’s better next time
My husband took me here for Valentines Day, which is never something he does. So I was feeling really special, that is until we entered BWW.We stood at the front entry, waiting about 10 minutes to be seated. There was no one even around. So we decided I guess the bar is the only option. Wasn't great service up there either.The food was warm, the appetizer came the Sametime as our food, and to get a refill was asking too much.
