We ordered a few meals, mozzerella sticks and begged for fresh fries, was asked to park, waited for 15 mins, received hard as a rock mozerella sticks, a few fresh fries on top of old cold ones, and a burnt hockey puck for an impossible burger- which was the reason we were supposed to have to park to make fresh.

I’m being held hostage in the drive-through line. I’ve been sitting here for at least 30 minutes waiting on a breakfast sandwich to no avail. You think someone could have come out and update the hostages on the wait. Is the microwave broke? Are they working on a big superbowl order? Is there only 1 employee taking orders, heating the food in the microwave and delivering the for via DoorDash?.

I am not exaggerating- EVERY time we have visited this place, we have been asked to pull around and park at the front to wait for our food. Regardless of no one being behind us, no matter what we order. My husband thinks it’s so their metrics can show tickets are being closed out quicker. Whatever the reason, we now visit a location further away. Ridiculous.
Great crew and manager. Cleanest burger joint in the east valley. Food is always hot and done to request. Best BK around pinal county.

Waited for 15 minutes for 2 whopper jrs, which happens. But after waiting that long, the manager walked up, handed me the bag and didnt say a word. Like that amount of time is totally normal. Not ok.
