I have to say I just had the best experience at a fast food place. I had just came from a different Burger King that had extremely poor service and we explained to Hailey the service we had just had and she went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn’t have the same experience. I have to say she was one of the best managers known. Hailey would never ever treat us like the other Burger King!! Thank you for making our night!

The 2 young guys working tonight were really nice young kids. Respectful, and it’s been years since I have been in a Burger King. Actually helpful when asked a question about the menu and then actually suggested a “more affordable” option while talking to me. Huge kudos to them in a world where it’s so much easier to just wait and expect you to use the touch screen instead of having a conversation.

This was the Burger King in Queen Creek. Your order must be placed through a kiosk/computer, there was absolutely no human interaction e during that process. Waiting for our order for about 10 to 15 minutes, no one acknowledged us or our order, until I think it was the "Manager" walked by us as we sat in a booth with no drinks or food. Not a good experience.
