I ordered a take out order via online. At home when I opened up my burrito it only had rice, beans and grilled onions. Not a single shred of meat. I’ve noticed this on past orders as well, with little to no meat. I now will be only eating there in person so I can watch them build my order.

Stopped by for a late lunch 2:24 pm. I realize it was passed the main lunch time and many of the condiment bowls were empty or dried out e.g. rice, medium sauce, pork barbacoa etc.

Like usual, they have 4-5 people working the line with only one of those people actively engaged with customers and building their orders. The others are busy filling online orders and being in the way. With what should take just minutes, with zero people in front of you, ends up taking 15-20. There were 4 of us and one guy ended up building all of our orders, including the couple behind us. Just so tired of that trend of online orders being priority.

The quality and quantity of their food has drastically decreased for the prices you are paying. They charged for double meat and then put hardly any on there. Spent 30+ dollars for 2 tostada entrees and it was pretty much only lettuce and pico with 2 bites of sweet pork! Definitely not planning on going back!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant, my burrito tasted like it only had beans and rice inside, I couldn’t taste the meat at all. The rice was also crunchy. When I paid, I handed the cashier a $20 bill and 64 cents when my total was $13.64, when he gave me my change, he handed me $2 back. I told him I gave him a $20 he proceeded to hand me 3 more dollars, only giving me 5 dollars back now. I set my stuff down and did the math I had to go back up and correct him again that he owed me $7. He also charged me for a large drink when I wanted a small. I also ordered a Niño because to my knowledge they were free with an entrée and he charged me a dollar for this as well. This is ridiculous. And I will never be going back here. Please spend your money somewhere else. Quality and taste of the food was nowhere near worth the terrible experience.
