This place was really tip top until about a year or so ago when I'd had some undercooked cookies and a wrong order. I've only ordered twice since that time giving benefit of the doubt, but I don't think I'll be ordering from the specific location again. Both times I'd tried since last year, the cookies were under cooked and the orders were wrong, again. I know it doesn't really trigger process improvement when it's just little old me affected by it, just wish I didn't experience it 3 times.
