-READ- I asked for an Oatmilk hot chocolate with no whipped cream bc I'm allergic. They make it with whipped cream on accident, thats ok. I ask them to remake it. After they "remake it" it's quite evident that they just scooped the whipped cream off the top and gave it back. Thanks for taking my money.

Food and drinks have been so much better lately! However, the cups are AWFUL and constantly crack when you’re barely holding onto them. I’ve lost three drinks lately because the cups have broken before I even get back home to enjoy them ?

This Dunkin has repeatedly been the worst location Ive ever taken my family to. Ordered two drinks and some donuts when the store was empty and it took 22 minutes til we asked where our drinks were. Staff was rude and snappy, one girl rolled her eyes at my wife. I’d drive to literally anywhere else from now on. Skip this joint, unless your looking for disappointment.

Staff was rude. Went in with coworkers they were served, I was not. Never acknowledged by the employees. They were not busy just three of us in the lobby and no one in the drive thru. Manager needs to step up on training. Will not return.

I go to this location because its convenient. I can say that the customer service is terrible! Good management is definitely needed here. I started traveling elsewhere just to get a good cup of coffee and fresh donuts.

Employee was very short with me, was told now being CHARGED for NO ice??? Seems a bit ridiculous. I was a daily DD customer. But this inflation is ABSURD.**side note: I 100%comprehend WHY the charge is being added. More product is being sold/used, however the cup wasn't even full as if more coffee was poured to justify the charge. Also, the way the attitude from employee when asked about this was uncalled for.

I ordered a donut and iced coffee. I pay and get the items to discover they gave me a different donut. When I asked I was told that’s all they have right now. Would have been nice if they would have let me know that when I ordered so I didn’t pay for something that was disgusting that I didn’t want or eat.

Dunkin’ used to be my favorite donut place when I lived in Tucson. Last two visits the donuts were stale. We took order home so didn’t have time to go back. They used to make their donuts fresh daily. Hopefully they’ll get their mojo back.

Very hit or miss I go with my family and depending on who is there you either get very friendly service or very poor. The girl with colorful hair is always very nice but everyone else seems to hate there jobs.
