Had an issue previously with my order. I was not happy and reached out to the company. Shortly after the store manager contacted me directly to right their wrongs. I was given a full refund and had my order remade. Mind you I did not ask for a refund I was ok with having points added to my account. Had a dirty chi latte..delicious!
Just left from Dunkin, honestly not thinking of returning due to going through the drive-through ordering three drinks for my family, asking for no ice in my husband‘s refresher due to a previous dental procedure that required him to not have such cold beverages. This is something that has been done for us before, due to the management being lazy and not wanting to remake his drink because of a mess up of their own. Orders are usually accurate, and the staff is pleasant, making it a favorite Dunkin' in the area.
