The two people working today around 4pm were actually angels! Both sooooo kind to me. The coffee was delicious and this location is very cute and clean. 10/10 experience :) love ya dunkin!
I started coming to this location because they actually have donuts after 10am, unlike the one on rittenhouse and ocotillo. The staff here is always friendly, especially Angel. It's always clean and get service right away.
Had an issue previously with my order. I was not happy and reached out to the company. Shortly after the store manager contacted me directly to right their wrongs. I was given a full refund and had my order remade. Mind you I did not ask for a refund I was ok with having points added to my account. Manager went above and beyond reaching out to me directly to make sure I had a better experience here. If that isn’t customer service, I don’t know what is. Thank...
