Dutch bros has always been amazing at getting my drink correct in the valvista/pecos location, but recently i moved to queen creek and both of the queen creek locations i have been to have lacked customer service skills. i've gotten multiple drinks wrong, and recently at the queen creek rd location, i have noticed that some of the workers are not helping out other workers and are standing around talking to customers (not taking orders, just casual discussion) with no urgency to help the other workers get through the lines. this has happened at least twice at that one location, and as a manager at my own job, i felt it is something that should be addressed. I still will continue to live dutch bros, but as a customer, it sucks waiting forever just to get a coffee that is messed up so bad i can't even drink it. Sorry the review had to go like this, i guess the gilbert location just has it figured out!

Tasty iced coffee drink and a reasonably quick drive thru line. Got the iced cookie butter latte and it is very yummy, but may be a bit sweet for some people.

Went for my daughters birthday and learned about Iced Americano. In the past, I would just say iced coffee. Now that I know the name, I have my own stove top espresso maker and am making them myself. $30 everything versus $5.00 each. Already broke even, and I have to thank Dutch for recommending the Iced Americano.

This place is for shakes, not coffee. So sweet and milky. If you like a little coffee with your cream and sugar it's the place to go. For real coffee it's mediocre at best.

The other day we were helped by the best server ever, her name was Natalie and she said she was apart of the traveling team. She was honestly amazing and put up with our antics, we really appreciate her and hope she’s doing well!

Asking for tips in a drive thru is absurd and putting customers on the spot before ever even getting anything is presumptuous and rude. Tips are for excellent service, and no one should be asked to tip in a drive thru.

Went to try this location for the first time and the girl at the window was just leaning over the counter talking to the car at the window obviously her friend I could hear her whole conversation talking about a guy super loud and swearing had my kid in the car. I waited a good 8 minutes before deciding to drive off. No one came out and they sat there and talked the whole time not caring I was there

Went to order at the walk up and the kid working the register took the order in front but then walked away to make everyone’s orders. My husband and I waited for the entire time it took them to clear a backed up line at the drive through without even being acknowledged…at the very least he could have greeted us and told us to give them a minute. The girl who came to take our order also told us to move aside without greeting us so she could provide the order ahead of us with their drinks. I understand it gets busy but these kids need to do better job at greeting and transitioning from tasks….also the coffee tasted like they need more training at this location in the nicest way possible….wasn’t even worth it.
