It was my first time at this place and it was a disaster. This is close to Pecan Lake and it was windy and cold so we stopped by for a hot coffee and because we were curious how the coffee tastes like since there are always long lines of cars at the drive thru. To cut the story short and why I don't give more stars was because we waited for too long outside the order window and everyone that came after us got their orders and we did not. Turned out she gave our order to someone else. It was a bad first experience and will never go back there again.

That was the worst Dutch experience that I've ever had. I didn't even bother to tell him how bad it was because they obviously knew when they were making it it sucked..... I threw it out the window

My relative came to this location earlier today and had the displeasure of interacting with disrespectful staff. They ordered a few items, including a pup cup for their dog, and were not given a drink carrier. They were forced to take multiple trips to the window and because of this inconvenience they fumbled and dropped the pup cup. Three employees, presumably there for training, did the opposite of what they should have. They failed to help my relative carry their drinks and when my relative dropped their items, the employees sat there idly and laughed. When my relative came back to clean up the mess, the three employees were gathered around it taking pictures and laughing. My relative was terribly humiliated by the incident because of the negligence of these three employees. It is appalling that this company would consider hiring such discourteous and inconsiderate staff. We will not be future customers to this location. Please put more thought into your recruitments.

Their coffee is always good. They have come down on their prices, which is even better. Starbucks doesn't even make my drink anymore. They keep changing their menu. I don't go there anymore.

The drinks are good, the people are nice, but this is the third time that I’ve been cut in line by people using the right lane. The person taking orders needs to have better line management. When I arrived today, there were 4 in the right lane and none in the left. I pulled behind the 4 and while waiting 3 more people then pulled in to the right. Those three people were all served before me.In the grand scheme of things, it’s not a huge deal because I was not in any rush today but I just feel if a company wants to implement a two lane drivethru - they need to train how to manage it.

This has got to be the slowest and rudest Dutch Bros there is. It took about 25 minutes for 4 cars to get through in the middle of the day. Also, there were 3 of us in a single lane waiting since there was only one cashier when someone goes around us all and gets helped first. I told the cashier that we were all ahead of them and she didn't seem to care, then when I was up she was very rude and had an attitude with me because I spoke up.

This is a terrible location. It is super busy and they move SLOW. No sense of urgency. They have 10 cars in line but no one getting orders prior to the window. Please get some common sense employees instead of people socializing with their friends. Go to Queen Creek location and save your sanity.
