We had an amazing experience today. We go here almost every weekend but today's interaction was top notch. Went there this morning on our way to go shopping. My wife was in the mood for a small brown butter chocolate chip freeze. But when we ordered we were notified that they were all out of the brown butter. Stone was wonderful this morning. I came in for my usual drink, and he could tell I wasn’t having the best day. He went out of his way to be kind and caring, and it truly made a difference. Such a great experience—I really appreciated his thoughtfulness.

drinks here are usually great, however, the last couple times ive went the tea was extremely light and not very strong. it tastes like water with some syrup in it. i only ever order iced teas here. so kind of sucks but im willing to update my review if i notice a change in quality. however i might not go here as frequently anymore because it sucks to pay for something that isnt as good as it normally is.
